Hawthorn Investments Construction Update – Hull St – Cohasset

Hawthorn Investments Construction Update Hawthorn Investments is making progress on the second story addition to the property on Hull Street in Cohasset.  The framing, roofing, siding and interior rough stage of the project is complete.  Insulation, blueboard/plaster and the finish is right around the corner.  Project is targeting a June completion date.  New pictures are up on the  project’s page.

This project is part of a busy spring for Hawthorn Investments.  In addition to the project in Cohasset, we just completed our project at  15 Dunbarton Road  in Needham; we’re entering the finishing phase at  1316 South Street ; and we’re about to break ground on a custom build at  56 Broad Meadow Road  and a spec house at  49 Savoy Road.

A lot of irons on the fire, but these are exciting projects and should be great future homes for our customers.
