Needham New Construction: Nearing the finish line at Dunbarton:

Needham New Construction We are off to the races trying to finish ourDunbarton Road project in  Needham .  The homeowners are very excited to move into their new home and the end is in sight.  We are currently finishing up the interiormillwork – including: the stair cases, custom built-ins in the family and playrooms and installing all of the remaining window and door trim.  Other items set to be completed during the finish include: the front and back decks, interior and exterior painting, installation of carpet in the basement, adding the propane tank for the cook top and fireplace, installing the granite and marble in the kitchen and baths, installation of the plumbing and light fixtures and staining the hard wood floors.  Finally, there are several steps remaining to obtain the certificate of occupancy including: completing the grades card and passing all Needham  building department inspections.  Our team is now working diligently toward the finish…
