Needham New Construction Update: 49 Savoy Foundation

The foundation at 49 Savoy in Needham has been signed off and soon we will be back filling. Before we lay the basement and garage slabs, we will be placing a perimeter drain along the inside walls of the foundation, connect the water and sewer lines and we will make sure that the injector pump for the basement bathroom is in place. We will be framing in less than two weeks!!
