New Hawthorn Investments project – 173A Hull St – Cohasset
Hawthorn Investments has begun work on the transformation of a single story, 2 bedroom/1 bath Cape in Cohasset into a 2 story, 5 bedroom/2 bath home with an expanded first floor layout that converts an unused porch into a year round sunroom. The project is the brainchild of the homeowner, but involves the architectural guidance of Babbitt Design.
The work began in earnest this past week and we hope to wrap up well in advance of the 4th of July.

Stay tuned for information on our upcoming single family at 56 Broad Meadow in Needham . The admin phase of the demo permit process is almost complete and the plan is to raze the current house in the weeks ahead.
